Perk Up Yo’Booty!

There’s always a day where you just feel like wearing something that’s tight and slimming (but comfortable of course, you need to be able to breathe!). What better way to look ultra sexy with a gorgeous firm booty that will not only be a health booster, but a confidence booster as well. Here’s a four step guide to getting your desired booty look..

Start in a comfortable position, in other words; your legs apart.

With your chest up and your back flat, do 20 squats.

Yeaah..feel the burn. Don’t worry, sweat is just fat crying.

The second step starts with you laying flat on the ground then bringing your knees up so form a table top position, like so:

Keeping your back as flat as you possibly can, tap the right foot’s heel on the floor. then the left. Do 20 of these.

With the third step you need to be on all fours (crawling position). Kick your left foot up, then your right, extending it when it reaches the top. so in other words, your back, hips and your leg must be in line when extending the leg. Do 10 of these.

The last one is just a simple 30 second wall sit.

If you are the type that prefers to do more exercises then by all means, go ahead and add more steps. Or simply just repeat this basic guide. Keep in mind that not every person needs to be super skinny to be considered attractive. Everyone is built differently and all shapes and sizes are considered attractive as long as you eat healthy and drink lots of water.
